■ Developer Relations Engineer ・ June 2023 to Present

→ Created, managed, and delivered courses on the company’s training platform, covering company products and the Cloud Native industry for partners and customers. Developed a learning path consisting of 5 different courses, resulting in an average of 150+ certifications issued per year.

→ Managed the Demo environment to support solution architects and create product showcases aligned with new features released by R&D. Developed PoCs and ran experiments to document and demonstrate the product’s value across various use cases (from standard to edge cases), supporting solution architects during pre-sales activities.

→ Built a community of 50+ external subject matter experts on the company’s product and the Cloud Native industry. The goal was to deliver a highly specialized training program focused on product evangelism and promoting cloud-native topics externally.

→ Engaged with the global developer and end-user community through talks and workshops at leading industry conferences across Europe and the USA (averaging 10+ events per year). → Managed the company’s entire product portfolio. Responsible for conducting market and competitor analysis, ensuring product compliance with national and international regulations and defining the product roadmap, reporting directly to the company’s C-level executives.

→ Participate in regular release team meetings and cross-functional syncs during the release cycle.
→ Assist in drafting and reviewing the official release blog and coordinating the feature blog publication schedule.
